The Paroa Bay Residence is nestled admist the natural Northland bush with an amazing backdrop of the Bay of Islands.  Our clients – a couple from the USA, were looking to build their dream home here in New Zealand. A contemporary home that exudes presence on Riverbank Drive, designed by Arcline Architecture and built by Newson Construction. As we enter the property, we are drawn to the warmth of the exterior cedar cladding and craftstone veneer, and the sheer panes of glass, bringing the outdoors in and the indoors out. Situated on one of the most prestigious sites in the Bay of Islands is this beautiful home we designed in collaboration with David Reid Homes.  Less than a minute drive to the North of the Russell Township is the Pukematu Lane gated subdivision. It’s fair to say we know this slice of New Zealand quite well. Our clients wanted a permanent residence with plenty of room,

If there’s one place in New Zealand you’d want to retire, it’s the small seaside village of Russell, in the heart of the Bay of Islands. It’s a small town with big character, and the perfect place to build an architectural home to reside in. Our clients on this project wanted a three bedroom, three bathroom home
