The Paroa Bay Residence is nestled admist the natural Northland bush with an amazing backdrop of the Bay of Islands. 

Our clients – a couple from the USA, were looking to build their dream home here in New Zealand. Due to their overseas location the clients purchased the bare land and then laid trust in Arcline and didn’t see the site or house again until it was fully finished ready to move into. 

The Arcline Team worked closely with both our clients and other consultants to ensure the home complemented its amazing natural bush surroundings, with polished concrete floors and cedar accents blending the home in with the natural landscape. 

Simple in layout, this home maximizes space with an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area which features polished concrete floors, and large glass stacker sliding doors on both sides of the living to keep with the outdoor flow. This home also features a second living room, 3 bedrooms, an office and a double garage. 

Not to be missed is the window seat with a large pictureframe window looking out over Paroa Bay bush and the Bay of Islands.
