After Arcline successfully completed the design and plans for the neighbouring Orchard Estate, the developer re-engaged Arcline – this time to design, plan and consent 47 homes and a pool house for Inlet Estate.

Inlet Estate is a private housing development suited for those nearing retirement who are looking at moving to the picturesque village of Kerikeri.

Much consideration went into the target market, considering their needs and wants before designing homes accordingly, with various typologies and options for buyers to choose from. 

The development is set on fee simple titles, with a shared ownership access title covering the roads and open spaces. Eight of the homes we’re constructed as duplexes, the remaining 39 being standalone homes. 

Cladding the homes in aesthetically pleasing yet durable materials, such as EZpanel with tile roofs, adding a few feature claddings, exposed gable trusses and tidy landscaping has certainly helped sell the homes.  Buyers can see the benefits of low cost maintenance to keep them looking so attractive.

This project again cements our ability to design and deliver retirement villages.
