Nestled in the green, rolling outskirts of Kerikeri is this large, five bedroom home designed with a clean and modern style. 

We were engaged to design a large family home, with entertainment at its heart. The result – a 515m2 home with a mono-pitch roof and large volumes throughout, made possible through the use of raking ceilings.

The centre of the home is the large living, formal dining, family, kitchen and outdoor area. The outdoor space features an automatic roller-blind which acts as a sunscreen and bugscreen for summer evenings. 

To the East and West of the house are the living quarters. Bedrooms with beautifully furnished ensuite’s are perfect for guest comfort. 

Finished with high quality furnishings, real stone and a full landscape plan carried out to completion, this home had all the finishing touches added to it to make it clearly one of the nicest homes in Kerikeri.

The Arcline Team were delighted to have a large part in this project and we look forward to meeting more Northlanders (and Northlanders to-be) looking to design houses of a similar style.
