We really shouldn’t be letting you in on the Riverhead Residence secret just yet, but it’s just too exciting not to share! 

For the last few years this large family home has been in the making. 606m2 of architecture, with each wall, room, and item carefully placed within the design. 

Trinity Interior Design were a key element in this project. We worked alongside them on the design of the home, selection of materials and ensuring the end result was the best choice for our client and their lovely children. 

Then for the building, Hayes Builders stepped up and delivered the home, right from the foundations through to completion, and including pool and some of the landscaping. 

The ground floor of the home features two master suites and an additional two bedrooms, along with the main living areas. Upstairs is a large games area with a full sized pool table, and another bedroom and ensuite.

A key feature of the design is the architectural stairs leading to the ‘bridge’ which connects the two upstairs spaces above the entry and living rooms. It provides the perfect architectural element to greet you when you enter the home. 

The expansive lower living areas include a media room, full scullery, laundry which includes a dog shower, double garage and separate gym with its own full bathroom. 

Once our clients have settled in and the landscaping is complete, we’ll republish images and videos to show you the final touches, when it turns from a house into a home.
