Clyde Cherry Packhouse
Tucked away above the Clyde Dam is this impressive cherry packhouse which we were privileged to complete the industrial architecture and plans for.
Approached by an industrial shed manufacturer, they needed a design firm to complete the architectural drawings to accompany their structural shed drawings for both consents and construction.
With a dual temperature controlled coolstore, several offices, kitchen, eight showers and eight toilets, with a commercial laundry, this cherry sorting and packaging facility is state of the art.
The exterior of the building is 100mm PIR panels, and a small amount of vertical cedar cladding was used around the visual face of the building.
If you’re needing assistance with detailed plans and consents for an upcoming project, contact us today to discuss how we can assist.
